You can download Correlate 3.X for non-commercial usage. All the material you need to get started is contained in one compressed archive which contains:
The source files are not included in the release. If you want these, you will have to contact Eddy Truyen.
The current version of the Correlate parser sometimes crashes horribly when used
under Sun Java 2 JDK version 1.2.2 (javac) on a Windows platform.
Try disabling the JIT compiler before compiling Correlate code. The Correlate
runtime does not seem to exhibit this problem, however.
Some of the examples use features of Java 2 (such as the Collection API). Not all Java development environments support these.
